Girley started at the company in 2004 as a debtors and sales assistant. She worked her way to the quality assurance department in that same year due to her outstanding performance.
In 2006 she was promoted to the position of production admin clerk and from there to a production planner.
In 2013 Girley’s excellent work ethic and dedication to Forgeweld Engineering culminated in her promotion to sales co-ordinator where she is performing exceptionally well. Girley is an extraordinary and popular person who easily relates to others and is consistently willing and available to assist in any situation.
