Forgeweld Sumps and Spill Containers

Waste not, want not

Product spillages not only waste money but have an adverse effect on our environment. Lessen any spillages which might occur as a result of routine installation, maintenance or filling procedures by making use of the following effective Forgeweld products:

  • Forgeweld Containment Sumps (Tank Sumps) - this well-tested product is designed to contain all spills which might occur in UST manholes, for example leaks at the check valve exit or those which occur when changing submersible or fitting leak detector devices. The Forgeweld Containment Sump is constructed from high quality fibreglass 2mm thick. It's robust enough to stand up to the pressure of compacted soil in which it's buried and it's constructed from two halves making transportation, handling and installation as easy as A-B-C. Accessories include Forgeweld Entry Boots and an Extension Piece for those USTs buried more than 1.3m underground.

  • Forgeweld Dispenser Sump - this useful product is designed to contain those fuel spills which might occur underneath pumps/dispensers when changing equipment or fitting shear valves. Forgeweld Dispenser Sumps are manufactured from high quality fibreglass 2mm thick and are designed to withstand side pressure. Accessories include Forgeweld Entry Boots and Forgeweld Shear Valves. All mounting brackets are galvanised to prevent corrosion.

  • Available Now - the bigger, better, more robust, user-friendly tank sump manufactured from high-quality composites. With more space in which to work and the ease with which piping can be connected to it, the improved Forgeweld Tank Sump makes installation a breeze.

  • Forgeweld Spill Container  - the Forgeweld Spill Container is designed to capture and contain minor spillages which might occur when connecting and disconnecting hoses during filling procedures. Built to withstand high loading pressure, this simple device is fabricated from 34W mild steel with a solid cast iron top and fibreglass lid. It can have either a side or bottom inlet.
